Ebike Replacement Part Delays

Once again, spare parts unavailable for months at a time. I have a Bocsh and spare parts are a constant problem. Currently, I am told that the battery lock will take 10 months. I suggest that suppliers have little or no interest in providing repair parts to existing bicycle owners. Instead, they favor providing parts for new bikes. This cozy relationship favors the bike manufacturers at the expense of bike owners. The repair shop is not to blame.

Anyone else have similar delays getting parts?

I suggest trying to find a work around as it seems clear the MFG has no interest in your issue.
