Carrera Crossroad E bike 2019 seeking replacement ECU

Hi I'm Bob from Beverley in East Yorkshire. I have a 2019 Carrera Crossroad E bike. The bike ceased working a while back and showed an error code E34
which I am told means that the ECU is broke. Halfords who supplied the bike seem unable to repair/replace the part. Can anyone help me?

I imagine it's time aftermarket parts are deployed. Could we get some more info, is it a mid drive? Or a hub motor?
