A bit off-topic This is not a moped, but can be limited to 15.5 mph (25 kph) or 28 mph (45 kph) to (apparently) satisfy some laws. This is the one they should have brought to the USA to start things off properly. Unrestricted, it will apparently go 37 mph for 25 miles. That's OK if you never leave the city and have the swappable batteries.
Swappable batteries. It can run on one, so you can have one charging while using the other.
