I figured that since I have finished my e-trike I should post new pictures. It started out as a normal Schwin trike. I installed a 1000w front hub motor and battery on it, jury rigged a disc brake setup and put a new seat on it. I love it

Nice.

it looks like from the wear marks on your front brake rotor that you need to somehow adjust it in a bit. It look like it is only rubbing on about half the surface.

Almost looks factory made! How does the front hub motor do in gravel or grass? Does it have enough traction?

After riding a rear wheel drive trike through mud, gravel, and slippery wet grass I can’t even imagine how that scenario would play out with front wheel drive. So what say ye I’m very curious?

I agree with Munirider, the brake caliper is too far out from the Axle, and only making partial contact with the disk.
The front drop-outs look "light" and may require a bit more bracing for a 1 Kw motor.
