I want to increase the top speed of my China made ebike, it tops at 30 kph, targeting around 45-50KPH, specs is 48v battery, 500 watts controller and 48v hub rated at 350 watts. I am getting different info from the web.
Option 1 Upgrade my battery to 60v, which means changing the controller to higher voltage/higher wattage and keep the hub as it can "supposedly" handle 60v
Option 2. Upgrade controller only to a higher wattage
Not confident with option one, but does changing the controller to a higher wattage one be a good option?
