Got a few tools today to work on my own e bike and friends. And looking and those portable work stands with couple older friends and how we could use a small hydraulic put into tube to lift e bike and not try muscling it up on to stand. Got some good idea's.

Where did you get the testing tool? I think that would be nice to have.
Is your repair stand going to stay in the same place or be mobile?

Got tools from Amazon, and looking to making a portable work stand and some how using cheap hydraulic lift to keep from me lifting heavy e bike on it. Friend I know is going to testing out idea.

Thanks I'll check out Amazon. Our friends put a 12 volt winch in the stake pocket on thier truck to get the bikes in and out of it.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with

Sorry I don't, that was many years ago. He was a welder so he probably fabricated it up. I did some searches and found truck mounted hoists and reciever hitch deer hoists on Amazon.

They make motorcycle lifts along those lines. Try Marketplace.

Along the lines of Hydraulic, a Motorcycle Lift is your best option, otherwise a heavy duty bike repair stand along with some heavy lifting. At least you'll get a little work out from muscling the bike on to the clamp.
