96 volt ebike decides to go backwards all the sudden, why?

I need help my awesome ebike 96 volt one day went to start it and it only goes bawards, I rode it to get coffee then 20 mins later jumped on it and it only goes backwards, a week before I changed the ignition switch is all, why? I changed display thinking it was hooped but it did the same thing.

I assumed my hall wires or phase wires not have ground out somewhere and tricked it into reverse polarities, and if that's the case can I trick it again?

Sorry auto correct, my hall and phase wires mite have ground out...

Try switching 2 of the phase wires. That should reverse the rotation.
