I have a RKS RD5 electric fatbike, 250w motor, 36v with a KT-LCD3 display. I recently had some repairs done, before this I could go 36 KM/H, since the repair with the display being changed and more, I cannot. I tried changing paramater settings, the KT-LCD3 max speed is set to 72 yet it limits me to 25 with PAS. I've tried everything.
