Help!!! Need wiring help

I have a custom ebike/ dirt dirt bike, and I don't know how to wire the throttle and electric lock to the controller! Any body know how it works??? The one with the red,black and grey wire is the controller and the as well as the red and orange by eachother. And the the other photo is the throttle with green, red and black also the blue and yellow.
