E Bike pedal assist /motor failure

Hello Everyone,
I have some issues getting my pedal assist working:

Here is a video of the noise my motor makes when I am turning the pedals:

If I connect the turquoise wires,both coming from the controller unit,the motor turns on with the power on button and is constantly on.
