Creaking only when motor and battery on bike and only when pedaling. When I take the unit off the bike no creaking. Any thoughts on how to stop this annoying sound? Thanks.

This might be helpful.
It seems that the dealer should take care of any issues. I found that on our Yamaha ebikes that the battery could move and make some noise. The remedy was to add some neoprene from an old wet suit between the battery and frame. If there is room, some thin padding around the removable unit might be worth a try.
