Add inverter outlet to ebike?

Hey everyone, I'm interested in adding an outlet where I can connect an inverter to my dual battery ebike so I can use AC electronics off my batteries. Anyone done this/see a problem with this kind of set up? Assuming the inverter is correctly sized for the battery amps/voltage of course. I was looking at marine grade DC switches like this to get the job done.
