I have a 36 volt 350 watt motor that really drains a battery.below 38 volt performance drops drastically.I bought another battery thinking that was the problem.

I was wondering if this bike has been on the road since 2013? If so, could the hub motor bearings be getting loose/rough & causing the hub motor to draw additional/more wattage than what it's supposed to?

Never.It has been broken &garaged since 2013.Origanal owner crashed and it then got gifted and regifted

First battery 10ah second 19.2ah.It is a factory bike with torque censor.I use the lowest/eco setting and pedal hard to get top speed and the battery will "sag"after a few miles
