Has anyone tried this conversion from PWX to a PWX2 motor and does it just built in ?. I have a 2019 HAIBIKE ALMTN 2 that I want to upgrade . YAMAHA PWX2 motor part number needed from a 2020 ALMTN 2 would be helpful if anyone has done this ?

I have Bosch Haibikes and have done motor swaps. Yamaha Haibikes are more complicated - there are more versions of Yamaha motors. The specs I saw say that 2020 Allmtn 2.0 had a Pw-X motor - just a plain "X" designator with no suffixes. But a Southern California review I saw showed the Yamaha motor as a Pw-X 2. So don't know if Haibike supplied bikes with different motors for US than for Canada or Europe.
It depends on which Pw-X version Yamaha motor you have - see photo.
Short answer is that it depends on how old your motor is. Older motors have 3 mounts, newer motors have 2 mounts. Check how your bike's motor is bolted into the frame.
