TSDZ2 motor will not restart

I have a TSDZ2 on my recumbent trike. The other er day i rode on some very rough gravel (about 8 miles). I noted after about 5 miles my motor would not restart after coasting. When i stop the motor always restarts. the motor will run (assist) as long as I don't stop peddling. To get the motor assist again I must totally stop the trike. ANY THOUGHS.

Look carefully for any damage caused by the gravel to the wiring or the pedal sensor. SFAIK that kit has a torque sensor internal to the motor.
