Portable carrier that will work on my Chevy Sonic?

Hi everyone! I am new to e-bikes and just purchased my Element. I love it as does my Jack Russell
Can anyone tell me if a portable carrier that will work on my Chevy Sonic ?

Are you talking about the Pedego Element or another ebike?
