So I bought a new Panasonic 15-amp batter and after charging I want to see what the voltage was at full charge, I but my DVM on and no volt output. I had key on fully charged and put in bike and rode 30 miles so no issue with battery. Do the new batteries have some safety devise in them that does not allow voltage to be read on the tabs?
