Modify hack Pedego Element?

Hello! Just got the Pedego Element. I wanted to know if there was a way to increase the throttle assist speed limit? It states that the bike has a "Cadence Sensor" I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Can anyone recommend a solution?

An aftermarket programmable controller would probably do it. I can't really advise you on which controller make and model to get.
