HK Diamond

If anyone comes across HK Diamond bikes on Alibaba stay well clear. I bought 10 ebikes bikes and paid a down payment 2 years ago and have been trying to get the bikes. They keep leading me on saying that they are here in Australia sent from China and I need to pay customs and the residual, but they can never tell me where or who the import company is to organise a delivery through. If anyone else here has had any dealings with HK Diamond through Alibaba then I would love to hear from you. Alibaba have been useless in helping me get my money back or dealing with my dispute.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience Drew. Thanks for letting everyone here know. Please let us know if you ever do actually receive your ebikes. If not then I hope you get your money back.
