Help with battery replacement

My mother has a new dwmeigi electric trike. Someone stole the battery, so I'm looking for a replacement. The one on manufacturer website is $400. Is it possible to find a less expensive replacement battery? Bike motor is 36V350W. Here are the battery details:

• Total Battery Capacity: 540Wh
• 36V 13ah

In the same boat. The manufacturer's battery is ridiculously over priced ($499.00). Quite frankly, have had so many issues with the bike we're thinking about cutting our loss and just getting another brand. I've had the rear end on her trike apart so many times to fix the constant clicking and popping noise, lubed the drive shaft a half-dozen times now and have made made so many adjustments to the brakes and derailleur I've lost count. I wished HIBOY made a trike, I have two of them and you can't beat it for the price.
