Elife folding ebike motor stuttering

Hello I have an elife folding bike.

Today I was riding it and the motor has started stuttering.

I have checked the sensors. The pedal sensor allows the motor to start (although the motor is stuttering) the brakes stop the motor and releasing them activates the motor.

I have checked the battery voltage, it is a 24volt battery and registers 28 volts.

I am really stuck now, the bike was running great in the morning but this afternoon not.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with my bike stuttering as well but it was because my battery was almost dead and I had my throttle open full throttle. I switched to pedaling and the same thing happened. As soon as I lowered my PAS to 0 the issue stopped.

My guess is your battery or a bad connection.

Thank you, the battery has 28volts so good I have the bike in bits and am getting the multi meter out. Today
