Eggrider display, Battery voltage

Hello.

I bought an Bafang BBSHD 48v on second hand.

I installed it with an 48v battery. When battery is fully charged display shows 67% battery. And when battery gets close to zero it shows 46-47v on display. Shouldn't it be close to 41-42v when a 48v battery is low?

Why isn't it showing 100% battery when it's charged? Could it be that the previous owner programmed it with a 52v battery?

I haven't found any manual to check the settings in the display.

On the picture below there is 10% battery left and 47v battery.

Yes, it would appear to be programed for a 14S battery when you have a 13S. You need to change the settings, The LVC is too high for your battery.

What is LVC?

Low Voltage Cutoff. You should know this. Research it until you fully and completely understand its vital importance.
