Ancheer fold E-bike stopped working while riding

Hi. I have an ancheer fold e-bike and I was riding it a couple days ago and it stopped working.
I hear a clicking sound coming from the motor hub after engaging with the throttle.

Can anybody help?

Sounds like maybe the drive gear came loose from the shaft?

What do you mean by the gears came loose? Should they be moving a certain way or anything. I can send a video or picture to better explain.
