Ultra Motor A2B stopped. Recharged. No go

HELP!!! Bought previously owned @ a charity auction $400. Prior owners were friends w manufacturer co or inventor of this bike. It was given 2 them 2 test ride. They said worked fine but no need for it & just gathering dust. Donated. Worked great on test drive. Bought.

First ride out when it stopped going (maybe terrain 2 much incline?) thought it just needed recharge. Did so. Tried to start again. No go. ebike repair shops here in metro area only service brands they sell. This not one of them. Friend suggested rubbing alcohol then new wire grill cleaner on connecting parts. But all appear enclosed. Any suggestions. Would love 2 get it going again! Thankyou

First thing to do is check the battery output with a volt meter.

No idea.
I've had the same problem. Returned the battery. They kept it for several months, returned it, and the problem was still there.
