My specialized turbo levo, has been stolen two months ago. It’s register in Mission Control with my serial number. I found ad in internet and tomorrow I’ll go to see the bike. Can I prove that is mine if electricity of the bike is turn on and my app is turn on also?

You can prove it USED TO BE yours.

You can NOT prove it was not sold to the new owner in a transaction they can claim was legitimate.

There is no legal title which requires a transfer to be registered.

Being "registered in Mission Control" is not a "proof of ownership" and has zero legal importance. Hopefully it has made you feel better about the overpriced merchandise you paid for.

You can try and bluff your way through but a bluff is all it is. A cop or judge will laugh you out of the room.

It proves that you USED TO own it.

You could have sold it. There is no required documentation for this.

Did you report it stolen? Claim it on your insurance?

Could you do both of these things AFTER having sold the bike for cash?

REPEAT - There is no registered title. There is no proof of ownership.

IF the guy who has it is KNOWN to be shady and
IF you reported it stolen and
IF the cops happen to like you and
IF you can BS the guy who has it now then
MAYBE you have a shot.

Yes, I've claimed that it was stolen the same day. Ok, but If I go to the seller and I open mission control and if the app is connected to the bike I can be sure that is my bike.

As long as you are better prepared to take it from him than he is to stop you, then you should be good to go.

If the law gets involved, you have no proof you are the CURRENT owner.
