I recently purchased this ebike. I would like to register it, with Schwinn as well as my local police department. Bike thefts are BAD here. I cannot find the serial number stamped into the frame. I even took it down to my local bike shop and he couldn't locate it either. I have always found it on the underside of the frame, under the pedals. No luck tho. Can anyone advise?

Look on the rear wheel dropouts, also it could be placed under the battery rack possibly. That might have a electronic serial# as well in the bike software.

So, after some back and forth emails from Schwinn. I finally found it! It was on the seat stem, I had to remove the seat and the bracket to find it.
