How to ship an ebike battery on its own??

I have a battery for a Specialized Turbo Vado ebike I need to ship within the country.
The battery only.

If I cover up the terminals, and pack the battery very well in non-conductive material, and ship only by ground, is there anything else I need to do to get it to it's destination safely??

You'd have to put a special label on the box, you can download it from your shipping service.
