Greetings,
I have a chinese made e-bike running on 5 12V 30 Ah batteries series connected resulting in 60V 30 Ah powering a hub motor.Batteries ( lead acid type) have been running for almost a year. I noticed that when I use the e-throttle there is no or a delayed response from the hub motor with a slight shiver-like slow movement then it slowly accelerates. I sometimes resort to repeat applying the throttle many times before it starts, again with the same symptoms .This behavior repeats itself when I use the brakes since the brakes disengage the electric motor when applied.
Can somebody tell me if the cause is batteries,or the controller unit or the hub motor itself.
