I have a HITWAY BK3M 750w, which gets an E-10 Error, and it won't run. Any advice on how to fix this?

I recommended that he clean the wire connections going to the motor, and reconnect them.

I think we as a group will need more info to troubleshoot a E10 error code. What type/model of display does it have & what voltage is the bike?

The posted information about error 10 was almost certainly lifted directly from the manual, strange that you would miss it.

Most folks posting here do not even have a manual, and actually reading it is extremely rare.

One thing left off their fixit list is to carefully examine the controller to LCD wire for nicks, cuts, or breaks, due to the crash or other impact event which your friend neglected to mention.
