I (re)started swimming a few weeks ago, after many years of inactivities in this sport, and have to say that despite the time it takes to get there, get undressed, warm up, SWIM and then shower, get dressed and get home, it has had a fascinating effect on my cycling performance. I felt much better, faster and more resilient.
