Battery storage in cold weather

Just purchased a Norco Bigfoot VLT for winter riding in Kimberley BC. Bike storage has to be in an insulated but not heated garage. I had assumed the battery could be easily removed from the bike and charged inside the house. Now I learn it’s a process to open the battery storage spot on the bike to unbolt the battery to remove it. Anybody else faced this issue and resolved it? TIA….

If bike is stored near power source, you can run some Heat Trace Cable along the frame battery storage.

I have to store my battery in my house for the winter. The max charge is set at 60% thats it till spring.
