I just got the bike a week ago. Everything worked fine until today. I can’t turn the bike/motor on because the key (in the battery) turns only partially. I can remove the key and it inserts into the lock without any problems. It turns smoothly, but only a quarter turn and not all the way to the power on position. Did anybody have the same problem and has a fix for it? Thank you very much.
