I have a 2020 bulls e-stream evo am1 and live in Australia, at the moment trying to track down some parts including a twin-core battery any idea where to buy parts as the main website is not keen to communicate with me?

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear that Bulls can't help you out. I've had a look online and there doesn't seem to be anyone selling those particular batteries.

Maybe a battery refurbishment will suffice? I've found one here in Aus: https://www.premierbatteries.com.au/
