Looks like a converted Honda Gyro. it had tiny minibike wheels on the back, though.

The engine mount and rear axle are more heavily built than I expected. Looks like industrial grade stuff.
Without a manufacturer tag or serial no tag on it, you may never ID it.
I would just do a google search on electric trikes and look at the pics until you see a match.
You could also start a Pinterest account and check out their trike pics.
