TSDZ2 motor, motor gear, or torque sensor problems?
New install on an MTB; about 60km so far; 12,000mA battery.
Symptoms: Motor will sometimes whine and spin very fast, but chainring moves slowly, then suddenly clunk into what seems like a larger gear when the chainring turns at normal speed. This occurs from a standing start as well as while moving.
Are there two gears on the TSDZ2?
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
