SMLRO fat tire ebike parts?

Anybody know anything about these bikes? I believe I need a new drive motor. I'm getting an E 10 code. Where do I find parts? TIA- Bobby

This bike is sold under at least two names. SMLRO and Zeegr S1.
Get on Amazon, and reach out to one of the companies who sell them.
I have the Zeegr S1. They are the same bike (other than some choices in color, and brand name on the bike).

I would suggest you try double checking all your connectors first (unplug, replug) especially the motor.

even check to make sure all the pins in/on the connectors are straight and even still there...
