Recommendations for On-road, off-road tire Fat tire

Hello,

I'm currently in the market to purchase a New set of Fat tire, tires.
I'm going to be commuting to work which is traveling over 11 miles of concrete and asphalt. I also want to ride off road when I'm not commuting to work.
Is there a particular Fat tire suitable for my needs?

I ride mostly on the streets, or well cared for trails. I occasionally get in gravel and other questionable surfaces.
The tires I ride on are Innova Hybrid tires (street/trail tires). They have an extra thick carcass to reduce the risk of punctures.
They offer great street traction. Picture added below of the tire and tread pattern. They are available in a black sidewall as well.

These tires were put on because I grew weary of the roar of knobby tires, and wanted higher pressure tires (30 PSI). Higher pressure
tires have less rolling resistance, which translates to a bit more range.
