Repairing an old IKEA e-bike?

I want to repair a e bike. Old,IKEA e-bike.
In the beginning was just a bad battery. I replaced and nothing happened,didn’t start.
I have bought controller and handtrotller.
Because it is not plug and play I have to test the plugs. The motor is no hall motor.
I connected everything but is not working. Just the hall plug it is not connected.
I will be satisfied just whit handtrotlle.

A motor with no Hall sensors is called "sensorless". SOME, but NOT ALL, controllers can work with a sensorless motor. MOST, will NOT WORK. You have to get a SENSORLESS controller.

Some will work, but you must get the bike rolling first, before engaging throttle or power. it will run roughly until you get up to speed.

I have find the same series’s number on a motor but whit 9 pin cable. That is a sensor motor? Mine has just 6 pins
