How to extend the cables on a KBO Breeze?

I am adding a fork tube extender (85mm) and need to extend the cables on my KBO Breeze. Searching Amazon and others I have not found a full set. Just asking for resource ideas.

Which cables? Only the brake cables? Hydraulic or mechanical brakes?

Local bike shop maybe?
