Are ebikes and escooter forbidden on public transport in your area?

thanks. Do you know exactly why the ban for fat tires? Not easy to accommodate them on the rack or something else?

And btw, cheers to San Diego. What a beautiful place. I spent a lot of time a La Jolla, working at UCSD.

Smaug’s response is accurate - fan tire bikes are not banned, they wont fit on the bike rack. You may be please to know the Trolley Blue Line was extended into La Jolla. It goes through UCSD and stops at UTC mall. I took it once with a friend from Morena Blvd station to UTC for a day of biking. He had his 80-lb fat tire eBike and I had my non-eBike mtn bike.
