72v battery for 5000w Stealth Bomber

I need help with details on how and what I need to purchase to build a 72v big power to get the most out of my 5000 watt hub motor. I attached a picture of what I purchased and my bike build but I need a battery. I have allot of good 18650 battery cells that I would be using just guidance.

That kit comes with a 100 amp controller. I like to have a battery with a bms that's at least 20 amp higher, or more than the controller. I would look for a battery with at least a 120 amp bms if you plan to run 100 amp.
I just built a battery for my 5000w motor which is rated for 80-100 amp. My controller is 80 amp. My bms is 100 amp, and my battery pack could handle 175 amp discharge on paper. Nothing should be stressed with this set up.
