I have been perfecting my new Trek Verve 3 which came with some sub par parts. Selle Royal saddle, Cane Creek Thudbuster LT seatpost, Fooker mtb pedals, Oury grips. Once my conversion is done i plan on a Ibera rack and insulated trunk bag. Probably also a small bag for tools. And i will also need a good lock/ cable combo.

That is quite a bike Black! If my build goes nicely i may consider a gravel type fork suspension to help with washboard areas.
