Where in the USA can I buy parts for Senada ebikes? Senada seems to be no help !

I bought a Senada Saber Pro fat tire ebike and it rides great. I however, like to pedal manually alot without power but unless the ground is very flat this is not easy. I really can only use 1st and 2nd gear for this as anything else is too hard to pedal. Going up hills is almost impossible...

I bought this bike a month ago and the hub sounds like it is going to fly apart. Can anyone diagnose this by the video posted? Nothing is hitting the wheel and the caliper is adjusted. When I'm riding and I turn the motor off and peddle the bike, it is quiet. Spokes are tight.
