How cool......personally.....I am gonna just stick with my charger...the plug in my garage and our refrigerator for lunch....but that's just me!

Interesting... seeing as I have three portable folding panels just like the one this guy is using, and I KNOW I have one of those MPPT controllers sitting in a box somewhere, I am going to get off my duff and give this a try. I have a camping trip coming up in May and I am taking my Big Fat Dummy, which can carry a panel or all three of them without breaking a sweat.

I charged this bike for a full week with this setup a couple of years ago riding daily at the Grand Canyon. A direct connect without the sogen, charger and inverter in the middle instead is worth a try.
