bafang 500c display hard to turn on and off

hello, push button on/off is hard to activate. has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

Yes, I think it is just the nature of the buttons. Usually second times a charm, although the second time I am often feeling more stubborn and hold it a beat longer. It has never refused completely though.
