The wires or cords that go into the hub motor keep twisting on the outside, arrows on the tires are going in the right direction. They both worked for a short time testing them out, then they just started twisting the wires going into the hub motor. Any help would be appreciated, these are the Yescom front wheel kit 48v 1000 W and the model # is 18EBE003-48V1KD-26F and these are brand new.
