Received my new XPress 750 about a month ago and have 300 miles on it. I noticed a clicking noise coming from the bottom bracket area at 230 miles. Has anybody else had an issue with this ? All road miles, no gravel or dirt trails. Past experience says it the bottom bracket bearings going out.

Did you ever get this sorted out? There is a video on Reddit "Xpress 750 creaking sound" I'm wondering if it sounds the same? Could be the latch, could be the seat clamp. Did you find your noise?

No I haven't got it sorted out yet. I have been in contact with Lectric Bike ( email) and have sent them video's of the clicking noise and my concerns. The gave me a few things to check, the shifting of the derailleur, the rear derailleur guard, which none of those things are an issue. At this point it seems to have cured itself for right now, not sure how. Seems to more pronounced with the downward motion (pressure) of the pedals. I'm still thinking at this point there may be a bottom bracket issue, it's appears to be covered under the warranty so we will see. Attached is a short video of the noise, watch the pedal motion and listen to the clicking. Time will tell.
NOTE : chain ,cassette, and derailleur have been cleaned and oiled numerous times. Bike now has 500 miles on it.

That is a very pronounced click. If you are not on the bike and you lift the rear and cycle the pedals does it still happen? At one point I thought I had a bearing problem and it turned out to be a bad quick release on my seat post, every time I moved my right leg down it was making the seat post click. I finally bottomed the seat out with no quick release and there was no noise. I guess if the noise comes back, you will just have to start playing with things. An old trick with cars is to put your phone on video and strap it to different parts of the undercarriage and see where the noise is the loudest. What worries me a bit is that you have a new model of bike and in that, you have a new sort of torque sensor. People keep trying to come up with inexpensive torque sensors and they seem to be, quite often, glitching out. If I can find out anymore about the Xpress's new sensor, I will let you know and if you find the problem, let us know.

Thanks for the insight. In answer to your question I have set the bike up on a trainer with no resistance and the noise is not present. The noise is prevalent when you are in a loaded condition. I even removed the quick disconnect pedals and cleaned the connection and oiled. I've got a Trek DS 8.3 (14k) that I have had to replace the bottom bracket (square drive) a few times due to the same noise. Once the bracket is replaced the clicking is no longer present. These XPress 's
also have square drive brackets. Guessing time will tell !
