Wiring replacement controller for AMYET s8 dual 1000 watt motors?

Hi, like a true idiot, I did shunt mods on my amyet s8 controllers, and they blew up. I got replacement controllers, and there are still a few wires I have no idea what they are for, and the bike will only go 14.5 mph...help? Is there no standard for color code wiring?
