Will not power on - Eunorau Fat-HS

I am new to e-bikes and the EUNORAU fat hs was my first purchase. I received the package 5-23-2024 and put it together. Charged the battery fully. At first it was great then 2 miles into a trip (and not uphill mind you) it shut off and will not turn back on. Customer service is a joke and finally got hold of someone who just says check your email as to I emailed several times on this issue. I’m beyond pissed. I have a $3,400.00 yard ornament!!! I have checked and battery is full as well as checked if it was supplying nominal voltage to the controller. It was 54v is what it reads. I’m not sure what to do next due to tge fact I’m not e-bike savvy. I do know how to read a multi meter but not sure what to check next and what should the readings be? I have unplugged and checked pins and all connections are good. It still will not turn on. I’ve had this for a week now and could really use some help from knowledgeable folk like you. I doubt EUNORAU will do anything about this. Please share your knowledge….this is my last hope

Can you post a Pic of your bike? So we all can see what you are working with? What display model does the bike use? It's using labeled on the back of the display.

Here are the pics ….i was checking power and cotinuity. It’s an EUNORAU fat ha with a bafang m615 mid drive motor.
