Where can I get locking pins for solid rubber tires?

Now, you would think, this would be easy to find. But, not even Ebay seems to have these.

Recently, I got three solid-rubber tires for my e-bike, and none of them came with those locking pins that you expect them to have.

I have contacted the seller, they cant help me, Ebay does not have them.

Would anybody here have, perhaps a good retailer in Melbourne, from which I can obtain these from?

I'm not entirely sure I understand which part you are after. I don't have any experience with solid rubber tires sorry. Did you end up finding these?
